Although cake pops and cake balls are cute and delicious they may not seem to be much fun to make to some people. I enjoy making them but I must admit they a lot of work to make. I have included a couple pictures of the steps.

A friend told me she had some extra strawberries and asked if I would like some. Wow, was all I could say when my husband sent me a picture of what she left for me. My husband and I cleaned and froze most of them and put some aside for various recipes. I treated my husband to a strawberry daiquiri after he helped me clean and package the ones I froze.
I had the pleasure of decorating strawberry and red velvet cupcakes for a high school graduation party. Trying to keep the school colors with pink colored strawberry cupcakes was a challenge but the end results look nice. I used blue cupcake liners to bake the cupcakes. After frosting them , I used blue and yellow food color spray on the cupcakes then topped them with the school logo picks I made using address labels and toothpicks.
This basket which consists of strawberry cake pops dipped in vanilla candy was made for a birthday gift.
