Golden State Warrior Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made to celebrate the birthday of a big fan of the warriors. They are vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with butter cream and chocolate frosting.  I made the toppers using Avery labels and tooth picks.

Strawberry Cake Balls

Although cake pops and cake balls are cute and delicious they may not seem to be much fun to make to some people. I enjoy making them but I must admit they a lot of work to make. I have included a couple pictures of the steps.

Rainbow Cake Pop Treats

Everyone immediately wanted one as soon as I put these on the table. It was a good thing I only put a few of them out for the lunch gathering for my family reunion. Otherwise, there would have been none left for the big dinner gathering. I am just glad everyone enjoyed them.

Cupcake Tower

Flavors:
Red velvet, Key lime, Apple caramel, German Chocolate, and Sweet Potato

Yellow Flower Cupcake Basket

This basket has red velvet and chocolate cupcakes. The toppers on the chocolate cupcakes were made using the Russian piping tips I purchased from Amazon after seeing them on Pinterest and  YouTube. The hardest part is getting the frosting to the right consistency. Once that is achieved, the piping isn’t hard at all. I am still working to mastering the different types of flowers.

German Chocolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes were requested for a birthday gift. I was hesitant to make them because I make all my cupcakes from scratch but the coconut pecan frosting I used on these is store bought.  It’s too much work to make the frosting and the store bought tastes great. The cupcakes and chocolate frosting is made from scratch.
