I have been asked a few times to make some rum cupcakes. Although I am not a fan of boozed up cupcakes, I decided to give them a try. I had some left over coconut cupcakes. I mixed some rum with some powdered sugar to make a glaze. I then took a toothpick and poked holes in the tops of the cupcakes and poured the glaze over the cupcakes. I then made some coconut butter cream frosting and added rum to it. Whala!
