Perfect Dutch Chocolate Cupcakes

I purchased a bulk sized container of cocoa from Costco and realized it was Dutch chocolate. I normally always use Hershey’s cocoa. I quickly realized there is a difference in the cocoa. The cupcakes were sunken and had an extremely soft texture and stuck to the liners. It took 3 tries with changes to my recipe for me to get the perfect flavor and texture of these cupcakes.
