These yummy, moist cupcakes are based on the one all over the Internet by Sprinkles. I added 1/4 teaspoon of caramel flavoring and 1/4 cup of white sugar to the batter. This was my 2nd time using this recipe. I did not include the filling last time and the cupcakes lacked flavor. These are filled with a caramel filling. I used the wider end of a piping tip tne a knife to pull up the piece of cupcake. After filling the cupcake, I placed the piece of cake back over the filling.
