Baked almost like a muffin

Great for inserting a filling

I tried another recipe today. This one gives a more dense cupcake. It has less butter and a little more baking powder. After the cupcakes totally cooled they seemed rather dry and cakey. The one I baked Sept 1, 2012 is more moist than this one. The taste is great with both cup cakes.

Not as moist as I would like but fluffy
